It’s a extract from Saffron stigmas (Crocus Sativus) rich in Safranal which appears to inhibit the recapture of serotonin and thus improve emotional well-being.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
SATIEREAL® appears to work in the same way as Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor SRI) without the side effects associated with traditional treatments.
- Studies in 2006 and 2007 showed that women taking SATIEREAL® stated to have reduced their food intake and declared a reduced hunger sensation at meal times.
- Latest study (Nutrition Research, June 2010) was carried out on mildly overweight women (60) with snacking habits. Satiereal® dosages were given at 176.50 mg/day and caloric intake was left unrestricted. Results indicate that SATIEREAL® consumption produces a reduction of snacking and creates satiating effect
