The Technical Department at Gee Lawson is responsible for a number of functions such as:

• Ensuring products meet regulatory and quality requirements
• Approving new and re-approving existing suppliers
• Writing official product specifications
• Checking incoming Certificates of Analysis against specifications
• Routine and random testing of incoming products
• Releasing goods for sale
• Extending the shelf life of products when required
• Preparing and providing customers with regulatory compliance documentation
• Providing customers with product specific information
• Managing the change notification procedure
• Preparing Material Safety Data Sheets
• Dealing with product quality issues
