Q. How long does it normally take to deliver our goods to any country within the EU?
A. We use a selection of hand picked logistics companies with local knowledge of your area to ensure a swift and reliable delivery service. Our Sales Team are able to offer you different modes of transport to suit your needs and give a guide to the transit time.
Q. Do you have people speaking different languages?
A. We have several people who speak a number of languages covering French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese and of course English!
Q. Can you provide technical information?
A. We are able to provide complete technical support to our customers ranging from information on the application and use of our products, to provision of documents on product composition, allergen data, GMO status, non-irradiation status, BSE/TSE free status and other information required to show compliance with legal and customer requirements.
Q. Do you carry out your own QA tests?
A. We routinely test all incoming goods to ensure that they have not been irradiated and all non-steam treated herbal powders to ensure compliance with microbiological standards. In addition we carryout random testing of products for such items as assay, identity, heavy metals, PAH’s, dioxins, pesticides and mycotoxins. Irradiation testing is conducted in-house and other tests an approved and accredited testing laboratories.
Q. What happens if the product I'm looking for is not in your list?
A. If there is a product you need sourcing, we will use our experience and networks to track it down and usually we can find the product. We are here to help you.
Q. How do you chose your manufacturers?
A. As part of our quality system we have a procedure for the approval of suppliers and their products. This involves an initial regulatory compliance check for the products followed by self audit quality assurance and detailed product questionnaires. Where necessary on site audits are also conducted.
