Is This Diet Vegetarian-Friendly?

Difficult. A knowledgeable vegetarian would be able to make substitutions, but almost every meal in the meal plans is meat-centred. Consult a healthcare professional to ensure adequate nutrition.

Eating Out

Choose low-fat protein sources like poultry, beans, or fish. Keep breads, starches, and grains to a minimum. Opt for more of the "favourable" carbs like broccoli and fewer of the "unfavourable" ones like pasta.
